"Processing PD refers to any operations performed on the data, including collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, modifying, consulting, using, publishing, combining, erasing, and destroying data."
We are very committed to informing you and making sure your data is secured and protected, and we value the trust that you have placed with us. When you download the Game from the App Store and/or Play Store, that is when information like your name or email address are being processed for further use that we will discuss below. When and If you make in-app purchases as part of using our Services, we collect your Purchase History. This does not include payment methods or banking information, that type of information is not collected by our Company. We only care about your purchase history so we can make the payment for virtual goods an easier process.

HZM Labs wants to promise you that we take the security of your PD very seriously. And we will store your PD as long as is necessary in order to provide you with the fullest extent of our Services.
Our Systems and Services are protected with different defense mechanisms in order to be able to prevent losing data, potential demolition of data, unapproved entry, stealing, change of data, or any other illegal processing of the PD that you provided. For unintentional disclosure, we do not accept liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We cannot guarantee that breaches on our system won’t happen by outsiders, and we cannot 100% guarantee the safety of your PD. If you uninstall our app, or close your account, you must know that we may continue to store your PD if doing so is required, so that we would be able to fulfill our legal obligations.
All the transfer of your data in any part of the word will be in accordance with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of Personal Data. That requires us to protect the processing of PD from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law. You can contact us if you would like to find out about the PD we have stored for you, for the purposes of the processing and how we collect it. In order to prove your identity, we need more information before we supply you with any of the information we have collected. We have a total of one month to provide you with a copy of the information you requested, but there might be exceptions for requests that are repetitive, unproven, needless. Be aware that there could be a reason that we will not be able to provide all the information you ask for, and if that is the case, we will inform you of the reason.
You have the right to correct or update your PD by sending us a request, if for example your PD has changed, expired, is incomplete or incorrect. We have a total of one month to make those changes.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, regarding the processing of your PD. For example, you can cancel a newsletter subscription you previously consented to by contacting us.
You have the right to request us to delete data that we have stored about you. But please note that certain data can only be deleted once and if you delete our game from your mobile devices, along with cleaning all our cookies from any device that you used to play our game or used our Services. If you do that, you will lose all the progress that you accomplished in the game, along with all the Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods, and they will not be able to be recovered. But be aware that some information might still be kept for other purposes like: email suppression lists, marketing reasons, technical security.
You have the right to contact us if you want to receive your data that you have provided to us. And then you can upload the data to another Service.
You have the right to contact us about the usage of your PD at any time if you disagree with the process of usage described in this Privacy Policy.

For the record, HZM Labs will not share your PD with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Our Services are not meant to be used by anyone under the age of 13. We do not consciously collect PD from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with PD, we will immediately delete their data from our database servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you have become aware that your child has used our Services or provided us with PD, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
If you access our game via a third party social networking site (e.g. Facebook), X3M Labs may receive information about your social networking site profile, including without limitation your associated email address, user ID, profile and user name, profile photo and friend list (to the extent that you use viral features inside our social games).
