HZM Labs (“we”, "our”, ”us”, or “Company”) is a developer and publisher of Hidden Objects Games. Lynda’s Legacy is a Hidden Object Game available via app stores including the Google Play Store.
First, the Terms of Service need to be read, then you can click the “Accept” button, which generates a legal agreement between HZM Labs and you (“User”, “Player”). If you use our Services and/or install Lynda’s Legacy, then you agree to our Terms and our Policy.
If you disagree with the Terms established here and in our Policy, you should refrain from using our Services or playing our Game. If you don’t fully understand our Terms and have questions, you can contact us via email: info@lyndaslegacygame.com.
It is our right to modify or upgrade the guidelines of our Terms and our Policy at any time, so we recommend that you check our site regularly and not miss any updates.
Your continued use of our Services after the Terms and the Policy have been upgraded, will be taken as a confirmation of your acceptance of the updated versions. But if you disagree with the changes made in our Terms and Privacy Policy, you must right away refrain from the usage of our Services and put an end to your user account.
If you are reading this and you are under the age of 13, you must not use our Services. If you are between 13 - 17, you can play Lynda’s Legacy only if your parents or guardians have read and approved our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We would appreciate it if parents or guardians let us know that their children are playing our game.
Be aware that the App Store and Play Store might provide their Terms of Service that will be specific to your relationship with those stores.
HZM Labs gives you a non-exclusive limited license to download Lynda’s Legacy to your device or to play it on Facebook, on the condition that you are in compliance with these Terms.
We own all rights to Lynda’s Legacy. That includes titles, program codes; graphics, texts, trademarks and images, arts, video, effects, interactive content, and software. These rights are protected by international copyright laws.
We will take legal action against anyone that attempts to sell, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute a derivative based on our Game or any part of our Services.
The Game includes in-app purchases that allow you to purchase Virtual Items like Rubies and other Items by spending real money. When you purchase a Virtual Item like Rubies, you get a limited license to use the Virtual Item as a feature inside the Game. Virtual Items cannot be owned outside of the game, and they can’t be refunded or exchanged into real money. The license ends when the User Agreement ends, or when you used up your Purchased Item.
You understand that if you want to play Lynda’s Legacy and use our Services, you will have to provide us with all the required information.
You will only acquire Lynda’s Legacy or any Virtual Items by downloading the Game on App Store, Play Store, or playing it on Facebook.
You acknowledge that you are downloading Lynda’s Legacy and accessing our Services for personal use only.
You will not create or use any unauthorized tools or applications that will allow you to cheat, hack, inject malware, exploit, disassemble, or other schemes that are harmful to our software and game code.
The pricing for the Virtual Items might change at any time. You accept that HZM Labs is not required to provide a refund for any reason and that you will not receive your money back for any unused Virtual Items when you delete the Game from your device or stop playing it on Facebook.
Lynda’s Legacy may allow you the option to communicate with other Users. The Service may include various forums, blogs, platforms and chat features where you can post User Content (comments, pictures, artwork on different topics).
By posting communication and content you give HZM Labs the irrevocable, royalty-free, permanent right to use any data, text, graphics, photographs that are uploaded, posted, emailed, or otherwise made accessible through the Service, whether in whole or in part, for unlimited commercial, non- commercial and/or promotional use. We do not claim any ownership rights in User Content. If you post artwork, ideas and information publicly, we cannot assure you that other Users will not take the ideas or your artwork.
Users are responsible for the creation of the User Content. You must acknowledge that you may come across material that you find offensive or insensitive or factually incorrect. We may or may not regulate the User Content, but we do not take responsibility for it in any way. But we do have the right to remove any User Content at any time without giving an explanation if we find the content to not be appropriate for our brand, or if we receive complaints from the Users.
You acknowledge that HZM Labs will not be responsible under any circumstances for any User Content, including errors, loss or damage caused by the use of the User Content.
While you post content and communicate with other Users, it is strictly forbidden to use any language or content that is offensive, deceitful, and discriminatory toward people based on gender, race, sex, etc.
Pornographic, violent, obscene content or communications, as well as inappropriate content or communication involving minors, and glorifying violence; Insults, harassment, threats, attacks directed toward other Users and/or HZM Labs and it’s employees, as well as stalking and spamming are strictly forbidden.
HZM Labs is not obliged to monitor communication or content accessible in our Services and/or Game, and does not accept any liability to that extent. All Users are solely responsible for such communication and content.
You shall indemnify HZM Labs against all and any claims that are brought against us as a result of your breach of this User Content Terms, unless not caused by your fault.
While playing Lynda’s Legacy and using our Services, you might be presented with advertisements for third-party products and websites. HZM Labs is not responsible for the products or websites offered by other third-party, nor do we take fault for mistakes in the content, images, messages or the availability of these third-party ads. If you purchase or use a product, website or service offered by third party ads, HZM Labs will not assume fault for potential damage or loss in any way.
If you want to terminate the User Agreement, you have the option to do it by contacting us, or simply by deleting Lynda’s Legacy from your device and/or removing it from your Facebook apps.
If we discover that you are in material breach of these Terms, it is our right to delete your account without giving notice. You also have the right to terminate the Agreement without noticing us first.
All data related to Lynda’s Legacy Game will be erased. A new User Agreement will be generated if you start playing the game again.
You acknowledge HZM Labs will not have any liability to you for any termination, including for obliteration of Your Content. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive, shall survive termination of the User Agreement, including without limitation, disclaimers of warranties, and limitations of liability.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE SERVICE IS PRESENTED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, INACCURACY FREE, OR COMPLETELY FIXED.
HZM LABS AND IT’S EMPLOYEES ASSUME NO LIABILITY ABOUT THE CORRECTNESS AND THE ENTIRETY OF THE CONTENT OF THE SERVICE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT IS A RESULT OF YOUR USAGE OF OUR SERVICE, WEBSITE OR GAME.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HZM LABS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST REVENUE OR LOST DATA EMERGING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR DEVICE MALFUNCTION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, OR WHETHER OR NOT HZM LABS HAS BEEN COUNSELED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE PARTICULAR DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR LIABILITY EXTEND BEYOND THE STANDARD PRICE FOR THE VIRTUAL GOODS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE PURCHASED. THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT CHANGE YOUR RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER UNDER THE LAW IN YOUR PLACE OF RESIDENCE.
California Residents have the right to file a complaint to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you may file a complaint to Your local consumer protection authorities.
It is our right to make changes to these Terms at any time. If a material difference is made, we will try to inform you a month prior to the new terms and rules go into full effect.
This User Agreement is governed by North Macedonia’s Law. If your place of residence is outside of North Macedonia at the time you enter into this User Agreement, mandatory provisions of the law in your jurisdiction concerning applicable law shall remain unaffected and apply.
